i consider running to be a very important sport, whether you play it or not, I think it is very important to go out early in the morning to run every day.

I always did small workouts at home, it was easy cardio, and on Monday I decided to do more serious workouts physically harder, after doing it, my legs hurt for about a day, it was difficult to sit and run.
